Vitamin C Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1/2 cup of fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 cup of coconut water
  • Half cup of chopped pineapple
  • 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the orange juice, Greek yogurt, chopped pineapple, grated ginger.
  2. Add coconut water little by little and blend until smooth.
  3. If you’re using ice cubes, you can add them too for a colder smoothie.
  4. Continue adding coconut water to adjust the consistency. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, use less coconut water.
  5. Taste the smoothie and add the honey for a sweeter taste.
  6. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately. You can garnish with a slice of pineapple for a more aesthetic look.
